Ladyfinger Mixture:

- 1 tablespoon coffee or coffee liqueur
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Dipping:
- 1/2 cup melted semi-sweet or dark chocolate

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, cream cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso powder, coffee, and vanilla. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Form Balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Dip in Chocolate: Dip balls in melted chocolate, dust with cocoa if desired. Refrigerate until set. Serve chilled.

- For a boozy twist, use coffee liqueur like Kahlúa. Try rolling balls in cocoa, crushed cookies, or chocolate shavings instead of dipping.
