For Boiling:

For Topping:
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- Rise the Dough: Let the dough rise until doubled. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Boil the Pretzel Bites: Boil water with baking soda. Divide dough, shape into bites, boil briefly, then transfer to baking sheets.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt, and bake until golden brown.

Notes
- You can make these ahead and reheat in a 300°F oven for 5–7 minutes.
