Description

Strawberry Lasagna is a delicious no-bake layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy layers of cream cheese and pudding, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Perfect for summer gatherings or a refreshing treat any time.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Pudding Layer

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1½ cups cold milk

Fruit Layer

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, for sweetening strawberries)

Topping

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips or shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust layer.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to lighten it.
  3. Assemble Cream Cheese Layer: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pressed graham cracker crust, creating a smooth layer.
  4. Make Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens. Then spread this pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Prepare Strawberry Layer: In a bowl, gently toss the sliced fresh strawberries with granulated sugar if you prefer them sweeter. Spread the strawberries evenly over the pudding layer.
  6. Add Final Toppings: Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of the strawberries. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips or shavings if desired for extra flavor and decoration.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate the assembled strawberry lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld beautifully before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
  • You can substitute the graham cracker crust with crushed golden Oreos for a sweeter base.
  • Always chill thoroughly for the best texture and flavor integration.
