- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the crust: Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sauté onions and garlic: In a skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add spinach: Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
