Description

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1 ounce) dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

Additional:

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional bread bowl for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry vegetable soup mix. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions, then mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
