- 1 cup ice
Garnish:

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add Water: Add cold water and stir well to combine. Adjust sweetness.
- Chill and Serve: Add ice, refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with garnishes.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half the water with chilled club soda.
