  • 2 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)

Sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • sliced green onions and sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: Add remaining oil to the pan, sauté vegetables and garlic.
  5. Combine: Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, add noodles, and stir-fry until heated through.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
