Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in pumpkin purée.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
