Cake:
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Glaze:
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 325°F and thoroughly grease a Bundt pan.
- Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Beat until smooth.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Glaze: Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack. Combine powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice for the glaze. Drizzle over the warm cake.
Notes
- For extra pineapple flavor, add ½ cup of crushed pineapple (drained) to the batter.
- Try using orange juice for a citrus twist!
