Description

Cake:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Glaze:

  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 325°F and thoroughly grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 cup of pineapple juice. Beat until smooth.
  3. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool and Glaze: Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack. Combine powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice for the glaze. Drizzle over the warm cake.

Notes

  • For extra pineapple flavor, add ½ cup of crushed pineapple (drained) to the batter.
  • Try using orange juice for a citrus twist!
