Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Pizza Sauce:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni:
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
Seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
Optional Garnish:
- Grated Parmesan and chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, spread pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and seasoning. Roll into a log, slice, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
