Salmon Bites:
- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: chopped parsley or lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes, toss to coat, and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Sear the Salmon: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter until foamy. Add salmon bites in a single layer, sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Turn carefully.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley or lemon wedges if desired. Serve hot over rice, salad, or veggies.
