These No Bake Peanut Butter Blossoms are a quick and easy treat combining the classic flavors of peanut butter and chocolate with the crunch of Rice Krispies cereal. Perfect for a no-bake dessert, they come together in just minutes with simple ingredients and require no oven time.

- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter

- 34-36 Hershey’s Kiss candies, unwrapped
Instructions
- Prepare baking sheets. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking and to make cleanup easier.
- Heat syrup mixture. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the light corn syrup, white sugar, and creamy peanut butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat once fully combined.
- Coat the cereal. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl. Stir gently but thoroughly until every piece of cereal is evenly coated.
- Form the cookies. Using a small cookie scoop (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons) or a spoon, drop portions of the coated cereal mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them slightly apart.
- Add the chocolate kisses. While the cookies are still warm and soft, press one unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss candy firmly into the center of each cookie to create the signature blossom look. Let the cookies set until firm.
Notes
- You can swap Rice Krispies for another puffed rice cereal if desired.
- Ensure the peanut butter mixture is warm enough to coat the cereal smoothly but not too hot to handle safely.
- Press the Hershey’s Kiss in immediately to ensure it sticks before the cookie hardens.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
