  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/4 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 4 oz herbed goat cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
