- Hard-boiled eggs, 3 large, peeled and halved

- Fresh strawberries, 1 cup, sliced
- Red grapes, 1 cup, halved
- Melon slices, 1 cup
- Apple slices, 1 cup
Dips & Extras
- Maple syrup or honey, 3 small containers (about 1 tablespoon each)
- Optional: mini muffins, 3 pieces
- Optional: cheese cubes, 1/2 cup
- Optional: yogurt tube, 3 tubes
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Cook or thaw the mini pancakes if homemade or store-bought. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut each in half. Wash and slice the fresh fruit including strawberries, grapes, melon, and apples.
- Assemble the Kits: Divide the mini pancakes, halved eggs, and fruit slices evenly among 3 to 4 lunchbox compartments or bento boxes.
- Add Syrup or Honey: Place a small container of maple syrup or honey in each lunchbox for dipping the pancakes.
- Include Optional Extras: Add mini muffins, cheese cubes, or yogurt tubes to the boxes if desired for more variety and nutrition.
- Store and Pack: Seal the boxes and refrigerate. They can be stored for up to 3 to 4 days. When taking to school or on the go, include an ice pack to keep everything fresh.
