- Remaining simple syrup (about 2/3 cup)
Instructions
- Prepare mango puree: Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them with 1 tablespoon of the homemade simple syrup until smooth and creamy. This will serve as the mango layer.
- Mix mango yogurt: Take one-third of the Greek yogurt and mix it thoroughly with the mango puree and the remaining one-third portion of simple syrup. This creates a sweet, fruity mixture.
- Prepare yogurt layer: Whisk together the remaining two-thirds of Greek yogurt with the remaining simple syrup until smooth. This forms the creamy yogurt layer for the popsicles.
- Assemble the popsicles: Alternately spoon layers of the mango mixture and the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds to create a beautiful layered effect.
- Freeze: Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 5 hours, or until completely solid.
