  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add carrots and toss to coat.
  3. Roast: Spread carrots on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until tender and caramelized.
