- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add carrots and toss to coat.
