Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Additional Ingredients:
- 5 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup mini candy-coated chocolate eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs)
Instructions

- Add Chow Mein Noodles: Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until evenly coated.
- Form the Nests: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into nest-like rounds, placing 2 to 3 candy eggs in the center of each nest.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the cookies are set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can use shredded coconut in place of some noodles for added texture.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
