Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a medium bowl, dissolve the sugar-free caramel gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Combine Ingredients: Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together the protein shake and Greek yogurt until smooth.
