Description

This Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing is a versatile and flavorful addition to salads, tacos, burrito bowls, grilled veggies, or as a dip. Made with ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a hint of garlic and cumin, it’s a creamy and zesty dressing that elevates any dish.

Avocado Dressing:

  • 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2–4 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)


Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Adjust Consistency: Add water gradually, blending until desired consistency is reached. Adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if necessary.
  3. Store and Serve: Transfer the dressing to a jar or container. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake or stir before serving.
