Chicken:

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove from heat.

- Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
