Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Beat in the egg, espresso powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Stir in cream: Mix in the heavy cream until just combined.
