Instructions

  1. Heat Olive Oil: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté Onion: Add diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. Add Flavors: Stir in garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook Tomatoes: Add canned tomatoes, vegetable broth, and simmer for 20–25 minutes.
