- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold and cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
