Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Make the cookie dough: Cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the filling: Beat butter, add sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt.
