Ingredients
Scale
For the Burritos:
- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken breast
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Stir until well mixed. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon an equal amount of the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into burritos.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place each burrito seam-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa on the side if desired.
Notes
- To make it ahead, prepare the filling and refrigerate separately.
- Assemble and pan-grill burritos when ready to serve.
- You can also wrap and freeze for a quick meal later—just thaw and heat in a skillet or oven.
