Main Casserole:

  • 6 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes or butter crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
