Main Casserole:
- 6 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes or butter crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Casserole: In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread: Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes or crackers with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
