- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Char the Scallions: Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Toss scallions with oil and cook until charred and tender. Chop finely after cooling.
- Make the Dip: In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili crisp, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped scallions. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve: Transfer the dip to a bowl, top with more chili crisp, and serve.
