Seafood Boil:
- 1 lb snow crab legs
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 1 lb mussels or clams (cleaned)
- 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
- 4 ears corn (cut into thirds)
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (plus extra to taste)
- 1 lemon (halved)
- 1 head garlic (halved crosswise)
- 3 bay leaves
- Salt to taste
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Seafood Boil: Boil water in a large stockpot, add lemon, garlic, bay leaves, and salt. Cook potatoes for 10 mins.
- Add corn and sausage, cook for 5–7 mins.
- Stir in crab legs, shrimp, and mussels, cook for 5–6 mins.
- Drain and transfer to serving tray.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Drizzle sauce over seafood or serve on the side.
