Seafood Boil:

  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 1 lb mussels or clams (cleaned)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 4 ears corn (cut into thirds)
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (plus extra to taste)
  • 1 lemon (halved)
  • 1 head garlic (halved crosswise)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Seafood Boil: Boil water in a large stockpot, add lemon, garlic, bay leaves, and salt. Cook potatoes for 10 mins.
  2. Add corn and sausage, cook for 5–7 mins.
  3. Stir in crab legs, shrimp, and mussels, cook for 5–6 mins.
  4. Drain and transfer to serving tray.
  5. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, lemon juice, and parsley.
  6. Drizzle sauce over seafood or serve on the side.
