  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water

Chicken Mixture:

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
  • Crumbled blue cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
