- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup old fashioned or quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all of the dry ingredients along with the dates to a food processor. Pulse and process together for about 20 seconds until partly combined. Add 1 tablespoon of water to help the mixture bind more easily.
- Process into a Dough: Continue processing the mixture for about 1 minute until the ingredients start to come together into one cohesive ball of dough.
- Form Balls: Transfer the mixture to a clean work surface. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll each portion between your hands to form individual energy balls.
- Store Properly: Place the energy balls in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator to keep fresh and firm.
