Description

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare dough: Mix Bisquick, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Roll out into a rectangle.
  3. Add filling: Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough. Roll into a log and slice.
  4. Bake: Place rolls in dish and bake for 20–22 minutes.
  5. Make glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
