Dough:
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare dough: Mix Bisquick, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Roll out into a rectangle.
- Add filling: Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough. Roll into a log and slice.
- Bake: Place rolls in dish and bake for 20–22 minutes.
- Make glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Glaze and serve: Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
