- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts, plus more for topping
- ½ cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, sour cream, nuts, and caramel.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust and bake until set. Cool in the oven, then chill.
- Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with nuts before serving.
