Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and cardamom. Mix until smooth.
- Fill Ramekins: Pour the mixture into ramekins placed in a baking dish. Create a water bath by filling the tray halfway with hot water.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until just set. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve: Top with fruit, honey, or nuts before serving chilled.
