- 8 large eggs
Milk:
- 1/3 cup whole milk
Ham:
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bell Peppers:
- 1/2 cup finely diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
Onion:
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Greasing:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, sauté the onion and bell peppers until softened.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add ham, sautéed veggies, and cheese.
