Tender chicken pieces, colorful bell peppers, and onions are seasoned with a blend of spices and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Serve this delicious meal over rice, in wraps, or with tortillas for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken and Vegetables:

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 bell peppers (any color, sliced)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer: Spread the seasoned mixture evenly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
