Ingredients
Scale
For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 4 hamburger buns
- Sliced cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles
- Ketchup, mustard, or other toppings as desired
Instructions
- Prepare the Burger Patties: In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties, making a small indent in the center of each.
- Cook in the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook the patties for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Assemble the Burgers: If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last 1–2 minutes of cooking. Toast the buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes. Assemble the burgers with toppings and serve.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Keep patties wider than the buns to prevent shrinking during cooking.
- For juicier burgers, let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
